March 2016 Stitch Fix Review

Stripes, florals, and animal prints, oh my! My first Stitch Fix shipment came today, and I think it’s love! I’ve been holding off hopping on the Stitch Fix train because most of my wardrobe needs to hold up to my hardcore mom duties, and occasionally an outfit for work and date night. I wasn’t sure if Stitch Fix would be sending me rock star outfits that miiiight make me stick out a little while I wiped noses at my library play dates. I have to say, I think they nailed it out of the park!

If you’re like me at all, then you know that shopping can sometimes be a less than joyful experience. Wrangling my kids in stores is plain not fun and I try to get in and out as fast as I can. This, of course, means there’s no trying on anything and I end up back at the store with rowdy kids to return things any way.

This makes Stitch Fix shopping super appealing to a busy mom like me. I loved getting the mail today and seeing the pretty box waiting for me like a present! You can watch me open it below. I don’t have much of a poker face, so I was a little nervous that I wouldn’t like anything my stylist sent. Not the case all!

If you’re like me and love clothes, but have no luck or time to shop, check it out here with my affiliate link.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Step 1:  Start by clicking on this link. Stitch Fix will prompt you to fill out a style profile so that your stylist can get to know your preferences. I sent her a link to my Pinterest MyStyle board so that she could see exactly which clothing I find beautiful, and I let her know that I like to channel Audrey Hepburn and similar classic, ladylike style. I also noted that I didn’t want any jeans right now or jewelry.
  2. Step 2: Five pieces get delivered right to your door. Yay! Mine came on a rainy jammie day with the kids all home, so it was a huge happy moment.
  3. Step 3: As they say, “Keep what you love, send back the rest.” You only pay for what you keep, and the stylist fee gets applied to your order!

Happy shopping! Tag me when you get your shipment, so I can drool over your pieces!

  1. Love,

Norah
